From the moment you inquire with us until the moment you get married (and beyond), we will take care of you, we will shower you with love, we will bring joy to your wedding experience, and we will laugh together until we cry. As much as we are there to capture your amazing wedding day, we are there to celebrate WITH you. Our goal is to be more than just your photo + video team. We will be REAL with you, we will become friends (seriously, we will), we will deliver the imperfect and perfect moments, and we will love you to pieces!

Once you reach out to us about shooting your wedding, we will send you our team information that explains who we are, what we do, everything that we offer to our couples, and why you should choose to work with us! Once you have read over our packages and check our availability, we will set up a time to facetime, grab coffee, or meet for drinks to chat about weddings details and all of your dreams for your big day! We want to meet with you, get comfortable with each other, and know that our team is the best fit for your wedding. After that, if you are like HECK YES LET’S GO, then solidify your spot with our team with a retainer and sign the contract. Boom, we are on to the next thing with you!

Welcome to The Ten Oh Eight Tribe!
As soon as your decision to work with The Ten Oh Eight Team is made (YASSS!), we will get you started with a Ten Oh Eight Wedding Guide. IT LITERALLY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED (from the process to engagement session scheduling to how to dress for you sessions to when we create your timeline)...which makes us super happy because we like to feel prepared and want you to feel the same! You will get a welcome email from us with a simple questionnaire for us to get to know more things about you both and the wedding guide will be attached.

Engagement and Bridal Sessions
One of our favorite parts about the wedding experience is the engagement session. We use this session to truly get to know you as a couple, see how you interact together, be creative as heck, and get you comfortable with us and a camera in your faces. Getting your pictures taken can be kind of stressful (because not everyone is getting their picture taken every day), so this session is an opportunity to alleviate any anxiety with pictures, get you super comfortable for your wedding day moments, and gives us tips on EXACTLY how to work with you for your wedding day!

(If applicable) Not all brides choose to do the traditional bridal portraits, but if you do, we absolutely love this part of your wedding process. I mean… we get to see you in your dream gown, and it gives us goose bumps EVERY TIME. This is a session where you get comfortable in your dress, you trial your hair and makeup, and you trial your bouquet. We also use this session to capture your wedding details (invitations, shoes, special jewelry). Bridal sessions allow you to prepare and perfect your “wedding look” well before the day of your wedding.

Strategy Consulting
Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, you will receive a questionnaire from us that will contain all of the information we need for the logistics of your wedding day. The questionnaire will cover everything from contact information, locations, addresses, timelines, family + friends shot list, to what type of send off you are planning to have! It normally takes about 30 minutes to fill out, so grab a beer or a glass of wine!
After you submit the questionnaire to us, we will coordinate with your wedding planner to solidify all the little details.
Typically 4 weeks out, we will schedule a final call with you to discuss the details of the questionnaire, photo and/or video strategies, and all the final details for your wedding day! Once we finish this, we will have a confirmed timeline to send out to everyone who needs to know the timing of the day!!!
Let’s freaking goooooo!!!! The time you have prepared for is finally here! At this point in the process, all of your hard work and planning will shine like glitter throughout your wedding day. Take a deep breath, enjoy the special moments of the day, and know the WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. Now, let’s get you married!
GUESS WHAT...we do a SAME DAY SLIDESHOW! So, as you are eating and mingling with your closest friends and family during your reception, we will go ahead and edit some special moments for you and display them so that you can see some of the sweetest moments from your day!!!

The other moment that you have been waiting for! ALL OF YOUR MOMENTS captured here for you to relive and love for a lifetime. Our delivery time is around the 8-10 week mark after your wedding day, but we are just as dang excited as you are, so we aim to get your images and/or video delivered to you as soon as possible.
While you wait for your full delivery, we will absolutely send you sneak peeks along the way!!!
